Mr.Shafiqul Islam was born in Chittagong on 8th August,1991. He has completed BATHM degree from IUBAT. He also pursued his EMBA from BRAC University. Mr. Islam is instructing as an Assistant Professor under College of Tourism & Hospitality Management at IUBAT. Before joining at IUBAT,he served several airlines both nationally & Internationally . He is also a certified Instructor in the Airlines Industry ,which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh(CAAB).
His Major research interest is in Blockchain System in air ticketing,Airlines customer satisfaction, Sustainable Tourism Development and Sustainable Aviation Development.
